Mak and Steph are two friends with the same goal in mind - to bring positivity and confidence into the equine community. We started working together in 2024, combining two very different backgrounds to make a strong team.
Our goal is to create well rounded horses and students in a fun and happy environment.
Meet the Team

Mak started her carrier starting horses at a young age, believing there was more to the horse than what was seen. She wanted to prove that even the most broken horse had a chance to be the best. She has worked with multiple trainers, learning different techniques to strengthen her knowledge and continues to give 100% on every horse.
She has a passion for the underdog and loves having a chance to show the world a horses true potential.
Mak has a very calm and confident demeanor when starting horses, which helps them grow and develop in crucial stages of their training.The horses she has trained speak for themselves. They are confident in and out of the arena, and go on to be great horses for their owners.

Steph has been an equestrian the majority of her life, even after her parents said it was “just a phase.”
She has shown on the Arabian Circuit and Pinto Circuit, as well as many local and open shows around Washington. She is an equine and human massage therapist, and has deeply studied lameness and pain related issues in horses.
Steph focuses on training people, because she has dedicated her life to expanding the same knowledge she has gained onto others. She believes everyone deserves to have equal and safe learning on horse back, without the fear of being made fun of or belittled.
She specializes in teaching people through traumatic incidents, fear, special needs, and first time beginning riding.
IMPORTANCE OF HELMETS
Helmets seem to be a fairly controversial subject to the equestrian world, but Steph and Mak are very strongly for the use of helmets. They just simply save lives.
